I received an email from Trish, member of romancescams on yahoogroups. I have had numerous members share good comments about this group. With her permission, I want to share her email to me.
"I am currently not a member of your dating service, but just wanted to thank
you for caring enough about your clients to post scammers info. I belong to
romancescams@yahoogroups.com (should one of your clients have been scammed
and need an online support group, I would definitely recommend they come and
join the group - they would get a lot support to help them heal) and one of
the members mentioned this about your group. I had been romance scammed by
someone on another dating site and most of the other companies don't care
about their clients that could potentially be hurt (men and women).
Once again, thank you for caring. ...I will definitely be coming here to sign up.

After asking permission to post her comments in our forum and telling her a bit about our plans and pricing, including the hardship plan and the ruby bonus to also assist those who can't afford to pay, she added:
"Thank your for your response back so soon. It is very nice to see. Yes you have my permission to post my comments on your site. You may also let them know that the site has become very busy and if they select to receive emails they may want to select Daily Digest or to read them online as a person could end up receiving over 200 emails in one day.
Once again, it is so nice to see a dating service that truly cares about its member. You are a rare gem indeed.
