Hello Anitarose,
Warm greetings to you...
Praise God for giving you a missionary heart. I have included you in my prayer list since the time I read it, and I'd like to share some thoughts to you regarding this matter.
Problems are blessings. It has some purpose why things are happening like this way. We may not understand God's purpose but surely it brings out the best in us. I can relate to your problem because right now I am in the field working for Him and yes, I can feel that the more you are closer to Him the more you are tested. But keep up the good faith always! One day He will reward your faithfulness to Him.
One verse that I always rely everytime I am visited with problems in life... Philippians 4:19 "And my God will meet all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus."
I will continue to pray for you!

thank you for your prayers, they are most appreciated.
I guess there are some that don't understand why I am being put to the test this way. Here's the main fact: the Lord told me that I need to learn to trust Him. If I don't learn to trust Him in this situation now, what makes me think I will trust Him when I'm out on the mission field totally relying on Him for everything? God had been speaking to me to leave my job for a while now, and when I finally obeyed, He opened the door for me to finish school. He will open a way to provide for me everything I need. I have been so blessed by my brothers and sisters in the Lord.
I am planning on having animal control come and get the dog. While I don't really want to give him up, the landlord doesn't want the responsibility and I just don't have time for him. I want to pray that he will be given the opportunity to be adopted into a loving home. I still don't have any food for him, so I'm feeding him whatever I have, which is very little. It's not fair for the dog.
Continue to pray for me. I have 2 days left before my payment for the phone is needed. Thanks, and God bless you.

The Lord will answer your prayers. Maybe not in the way you expect, but he will answer.
I had to move on the first of this month. The weather didn't seem to be cooperating with rain and snow. I put out prayer requests to my church family and all my friends. Some of my friends let satan influence them when they kept asking me what I was gonna do if the weather was too bad for me to move. My answer to them was... God knows my needs. It can rain just before and right after on the day of the move if that is what God wants it to do. God will supply my need.
AND HE DID. It rained cats and dogs the day before, was sunny and dry the day of and snowed the day after the move.
God is an awesome, loving God!

The Lord loves us so much, he cares about the things we care about. I believe the Lord will provide food for your dog and he will answer your prayer for financial provision. The one thing that I'm learning about the way God works is he'll wait until the eleventh hour, until we really start to sweat, then he'll come thru for us in a big way. My pastor is always telling us not to get in front of God because we could miss out on a huge blessing for us and those watching our walk with God. Hang in there and God Bless you in your mission work.
