1 cup canned Lima beans
1 cup bread crumbs
3 Tbls. Oleo
1/2 tsp. Sage
1 egg
Salt and Pepper to taste
Put beans through a sieve or mash until fine, then add to this an equal amount of bread crumbs, add 3 Tbls. Oleo, 1/2 tsp. Sage, 1 egg. Make consistency of mashed potatoes and form into patties, dip in eggs and bread crumbs and fry. Serve with applesauce.
